February Breaking Glass

Local plant managers, Janelle Kruger (Kraft Heinz) and Jessica Reith (Cargill Protein), are leading the way in the predominately-male field of manufacturing. The third session of the Breaking Glass Leadership Series, sponsored by Jane Fischer & Associates, is set for 8-9:30AM on Thursday, February 20. Attendees will learn about the barriers these women have faced, how they have overcome obstacles on their career path, and why it’s vital to encourage more women to pursue a career in manufacturing.

As plant managers, Kruger and Reith are responsible for the success of the company and employees, overseeing all operations and processes from the top, down. With combined industry expertise of nearly 40 years, these women will shed light into the life of manufacturing management. Janelle and Jessica are determined to prove to the women of North Iowa that it is possible to truly move mountains in ANY field.
