Premier Membership

Choose sponsorships that would benefit your
company and qualify for special recognition.

      • Platinum - $10,000 or more in sponsorships
      • Gold - $6,000 - $9,999 in sponsorships
      • Silver - $3,000 - $5,999 in sponsorships

Premier membership will be recognized in the Chamber newsletter
and by name placement on a plaque displayed at Chamber office.

Good Morning North Iowa

Informational Event, three per year, locations vary. Projected attendance: 50-75 business people per event. Good Morning North Iowa helps our busy members stay informed about local community projects and local issues. All employees of member businesses are welcome to attend and participate in these breakfast events.

Host Sponsorship: $100

      • Company name and logo used in promotional materials (i.e. Chamber newsletter, flyers)

      • Four complimentary tickets for guests/employees
      • Company services and products promoted on display table at the event
      • Company spokesperson comments during program of event

Business After Hours

Networking event, one or two each month, locations vary. Projected attendance: 100-125 business people per event. Business After Hours is the Chamber's most popular get-together where members can meet, exchange business cards, and talk business in a relaxed and informal setting.

Host Sponsorship: $200 plus facility, food and beverage.

Business After Hours EXPO

Marketing / Networking Event usually held in September.  Location may vary. Event is limited to 15 sponsors. Projected attendance: 100-150 business people per event. Business After Hours EXPO gives 15 businesses the opportunity to showcase their products and services in a relaxing and entertaining atmosphere.

Host Sponsorship: $250

      • Booth (8 ft table, skirted)

Annual Meeting

Annual Award Recognition held in October. Projected attendance 275-325 business people. This annual event highlights the organization's accomplishments and recognizes individuals, businesses and organizations for certain achievements. This luncheon event features "A Taste of North Iowa."

Host Sponsorship: $500 (limit 3 sponsors)

Ag Breakfast

Annual appreciation event held in March at the North Iowa Fairgrounds. Projected attendance: 400-500 people. Ag Breakfast is a yearly event to bring farm and business together for an early morning breakfast served by Chamber volunteers. A major speaker presents the message connecting farm and city, and proceeds fund a NIACC Ag-Business scholarship.

Program Sponsorship: $1000 (sole sponsorship) or $500 (limit 2 sponsors)

YIELD

Business sponsor of one high school student in YIELD (Youth Investing Energy in Leadership Development) leadership development program.  Class includes 11th grade students from MCHS, Newman, and MCAHS.

Business Sponsorship: $100

      • Invitation to breakfast mixer and graduation

Leadership North Iowa

Educational and informational 12-week course held in the fall, various locations. Projected attendance: class limited to 22. Leadership North Iowa program is designed to identify and develop future leaders in our community. Participants will learn leadership skills and examine the economic and social issues of our areas.

Leadership Sponsorship: $375

Tuition includes instruction, study materials, some meals & refreshments, graduation party and a one year membership to the Mason City Jaycees.

Operation Thank You

Networking event / annual holiday social gathering help in December. Projected attendance: 65 people delivering to Chamber businesses and 150-200 at evening social gathering.

Operation Thank You is one of the Chamber's most volunteer-driven events. Chamber volunteers call on member businesses to say "Thank You" and deliver a packet containing the new Membership Directory, CMO cards and other important information. Event begins early in morning with coffee and treats and is capped off with Business After Hours.

New Member Welcome

Informational introduction to the Chamber, two times a year, projected attendance: 20-30 people. The New Member Welcome is a noon luncheon held at the Chamber office. This event introduces and welcomes new members to the chamber. It's a great opportunity for new members to learn about the value of chamber membership and link up with one another in a fun, informal networking environment.

Chamber Bowl

Annual winter bowling event held in February. Projected attendance 160-200 people. Chamber Bowl is a fun social event that fills the Rose Bowl Lanes. This event handles 28 teams of 6 players, supper is provided and lots of prizes are awarded.

Bowl Sponsorship: $500 (sole sponsorship) or $250 (limit 2 sponsors)

Golf Outing

Annual summer event held the last Monday of June at the Mason City Country Club. Projected attendance 175-225 people. Chamber Golf Outing is a great networking event to invite clients, co-workers and friends. It's a great opportunity to link up with one another in a fun, informal networking environment.

North Iowa Band Festival

The Chamber's signature event held each May. Projected attendance: estimated 50,000 people viewing parade, 5000 - 7000 people in East Park.

North Iowa Band Festival provides a weekend of wholesome family entertainment at little or no cost to promote and celebrate the rich musical heritage of North Iowa. It provides an atmosphere and venue to showcase young musicians who are becoming a part of that heritage.

Educational Seminars

Annual seminar featuring high profile speaker on an informational topic to benefit businesses and their staff. Projected attendance: 100 people from various businesses, usually split into a morning and afternoon session. Topics chosen are designed to motivate and educate business leaders and staff.

Speaker sponsorship: $200 & up (depends on speaker profile)

Marketing Opportunities
  • CMO Club Card - $50
    This program gives Chamber members discounts and specials offers from other Chamber businesses. CMO Club Card is distributed free-of-charge to over 10,000 members and their employees.
  • Chamber Pak - $100
    Sent bi-monthly to over 650 Chamber members, this mailing is an excellent tool to distribute brochures, extend a discount or coupon offer, promote a new service, or advertise a special promotion or event.
  • Newsletter Inserts - $200 (limit to one a month, first-come, first-served)
    Each month the Chamber will allow a member to insert a 8 1/2 X 11 promotional flier in its printed newsletter, which goes out to over 750 Chamber members and community partners.
  • Mailing Labels - $50
    The Chamber does not sell its membership list, but will provide members with a list of mailing labels for a one-time direct mail piece. Average list is approximately 650 labels. Use of Chamber Bulk mail permit is available for members to use at no charge.
  • Membership Directory Advertisement - $125 - $600
    The Chamber Membership Directory continues to be used on a regular basis and is considered the "Yellow Pages" for area businesses. Directory size is 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and ads in the directory range from $125 to $600.
  • Website Enhanced Listing - $50 - $100
    All Chamber members are listed in our online Business Directory with a basic listing. In addition, there are several upgrades, which are designed to generate more traffic to your own website.
